All my insects are shipped out to you in a secure contained enclosure. The enclosure environment contains insects, gum tree branches and eggs. Everything that can move within the contain is secured to avoid movement. All eggs are contained within a closed test tube. The goal is for the insects to be able to be safe and free from being hurt.

However, albeit rarely, things may go wrong during transit. In such cases should the insect arrive deceased, I will be more than happy to replace the insect free of charge or issue you with a refund.

In the event that you purchased multiple insects of which only one dies during transit, I will replace it with the same gender, free of charge, or issue you with a proportional refund for the deceased insect, whichever you prefer.
